Jenny is friendly and approachable and you are guaranteed to deal with her exclusively. Jenny was referred to me by my son, who found her to be the only competent person amongst a host of professionals at the time of buying his first home. Since those early days Jenny has acted in her professional capacity on my behalf on 4 separate occasions to create my Will, undertake conveyancing and provide legal advice of varying degrees of complexity. On each of these occasion she was thorough, professional and efficient. Her advice was excellent and she often gave advice or pointed out issues which I had not considered and at all times she acted in the best interest of the parties involved. This ensured that her service is excellent value for money. As a Solicitor myself and working with legal (inhouse, external and client) on a daily basis, I have rather high expectation for legal professionals. Jenny in running a rather emotionally draining Probate matter, met my high expectations and was awesome.
In addition where as the Executor I had issues or concerns on non-legal areas, Jenny was always helpful and provided assistance.
Overall Jenny was extremely professional and assisted in a very difficult time.

My husband and I have used Jenny to buy and sell two properties in the past 5 years. She has always been very informative and worked diligently. Even when the banks seemed to find ways to to put road-blocks in place she pulls the settlement through. Jenny has also helped us in the settlement and probate of our parents' wills during this time which were also organised in a timely manner.
